Friday:
This high profile weekend is launched on Friday evening with the official opening of the Taste the Harvest Sculpture and Art
Exhibition. This popular Exhibition embraces all mediums of visual arts and will attract artists from throughout the region.
Following the art exhibition will be the festival dinner, the 'Feast McLaren Vale' will be a feast for all the senses. This première
feature of the festival promises superb food, premium wines and five star entertainment and will be attended by an estimated
180 guests.

Saturday's event is a complete indulgence of the senses. McLaren Vale comes alive with food and wine stalls filling the
McLaren Vale oval where visitors can enjoy plates of delectable produce and glasses of the finest wine from throughout the
Fleurieu Peninsula region.
Local food producers and chefs will tantalise taste buds with gourmet specialities such as Yabby kebabs, Coorong mullet,
Grain fed Wagyu beef, Willunga smoked lamb, oyster kebabs, Stanvac calamari, Vegetarian wraps, delectable desserts and
much more.

Saturday entertainment will spice up the day's
activities with bands to cater for many tastes. The
artist line up proposed for this event will be nothing
short of outstanding.
The hugely entertaining Celebrity Challenge
together with the McLaren Vale 'Magic Dozen' Wine
& Art Auctions will provide funds for the local
hospital. Children will again be entertained and
provided with activities and workshops that enhance
their skills.
As a real highlight, acclaimed chef, Simon Bryant,
will be demonstrating a dish using the local
produce. He will also be launching his new book, so
bring those autograph pens to get your copy!
